Last updated on February 19, 2010

Are you a history, art, or architecture buff? The Haas-Lilienthal House and San Francisco Architectural Heritage (www.sfheritage.org) are currently recruiting participants for our upcoming volunteer training series for prospective docents and walking tour guides.
The training series is the absolute best way to learn about the House, the Haas-Lilienthal family, San Francisco history, architecture, and Victorian lifestyle. You’ll be treated to lectures by seasoned SF historians and architecture experts, and will have many opportunities to interact with experienced Heritage guides.
Volunteers are needed to lead House tours on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays, to lead walking tours on Saturdays and Sundays, and to lead tours for our 3rd grade educational program on Tuesday and Wednesdays. We ask volunteers who have completed training to donate at least two shifts per month.
Please contact Volunteer Coordinator, Grace Pegan Weltner, to receive more information regarding dates and details. Volunteers are truly essential to our operation, and volunteering with Heritage is a rewarding, fun experience!
